Individual Therapy

There are countless reasons to come to therapy. Maybe your goals are personal growth and self-development, or maybe you want to heal trauma from your past and start moving forward. Maybe you simply want someone to talk to. Whatever the reason, reaching out to a therapist is the first step to a better version of you. Some ways therapy may be able to help you are:

  • Observe any harmful patterns in your life

  • Become aware of your triggers and be able to provide you with proper tools for coping

  • Offer a safe space where you can be free of judgment to convey your most authentic emotions and thoughts

  • Reflect on childhood experiences and trauma and their impacts on your present life

  • Learn breathwork and mindfulness-based approaches for coping with anxiety, depression, and triggers.

Whatever it is that has brought you here, therapy can help. This is a safe space created to help you thrive and start living your most authentic life.

Couple’s Therapy

Relationships can be difficult, and we often can get stuck in patterns that make it hard for us to move forward. There’s nothing wrong with seeking professional guidance when things become challenging, or maybe you feel there is room for improvement in the way you communicate with your partner. A couple might seek therapy for a variety of reasons including:

  • Repetitive arguments

  • Codependency and attachment issues

  • Improve communication

  • Infidelity

  • Feeling of disconnect with intimacy or sex

  • Disagreements in Finances

  • Planning for the future

  • and much more

Seeing a therapist can offer an unbiased third-party perspective into your relationship and help observe any patterns the couple may have become blind to. We work with all kinds of couples and happily accept those within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Sex Therapy

So many of us struggle with issues around sex, and there often can be a lot of shame in addressing those issues. Some issues that might be tackled in sex therapy would be:

  • Sexual trauma

  • Sexual dysfunction
